The SVCCS, Inc. a State of Arizona non-profit organization, exists to provide financial support for the Chorus. The Society conducts various fund-raising activities, makes all purchases of music and costumes, and handles the rental of all performance facilities and other expenses of the Chorus.

The Society’s business is conducted by a Board of Directors, to which the Chorus Director and a General Manager are appointed as approved by the Board of Directors. Officers of the Board are elected by the members of the Society at its annual meeting in May, and are volunteers.

Anyone can be a member of the Society, whether they sing in the chorus or not. Chorus members are not required to belong, but are encouraged to join the Society so they will have a voice in Chorus activities and the election of officers. Dues are $10 a year for one person and $15 a year for a couple, and membership applications are accepted year-round.

The next annual meeting of the Sierra Vista Community Chorus Society will be conducted in May of 2020.
